I'm trying to design a circuit that have a 14V latching switch. But I can't seem to find any specs on a part like that. I want to input about 14V into this switch to latch it closed, no matter if the input changes. This is basically the beginning of my circuit. Where it senses this voltage input and then the circuit turns on. Thank you so much for any help in advance.

How about a 12V relay. Most of them will handle a range of voltages, 14V will be well within the range of voltages for a 12V (nominal) relay designed for automotive applications.

One of the contacts can be used to continue to supply power to the coil. This will latch the relay.

The 4th post on this page shows a circuit using an automotive relay.
