Hello i need some help in indentifying this sensor and a way(if there is) to hook it to an arduino uno input. Searched the net but all i can find was sensors with 3 wires and mine has only two. tryed to hook the brown to +5 and the blue to an analog or digital input but didnt get any reading.

Where did you get it? It looks like a type of thermistor to me (see here). Do you have a meter? If so then set it to ohms range and hook each lead to each of it's wires. Try rubbing the metal part of it (to get it hot) and see if the reading changes.

Thermocouple?
Platinum resistance thermometer?
But could not stand high temperatures.

I've seen 1-wire temperature sensors from Dallas like the DS18x20 in a cable assy like this, but to read it you need to use the 1-wire protocol.
