Needing Help To Identify a Diode !

I'm repairing a Orbits Digital Timer ! I found that 2 of the Through Hole Barrel Shaped Capacitors were bad !
So I ordered new ones from DigiKey, One is a 25V 2200uF M Series, The other is a 6.3V 1000uF M Series, I got them both installed but when I switched the timer on I got nothing !! So I got my meter out and started testing ! I set my meter to the diode setting and I found a Zener Diode that's reading 0.098 in both directions !! Which is not good so here's my problem !! The only marking on this diode is PHC24 I need to find the spec's on this diode so I can find a replacement !!
This digital timer uses 2 AA's so it runs on 3V's
