So I had a Weller Heat a Print, which apparently had support ended for it in the early 90's, so when my tip crapped the bed I figured it was just time to upgrade. I've Looked at some different stuff, and I wondered what some others might think about a LF855-D?I do a wide variety of Electronics repair, usually relatively small stuff. I'm in high school so I only have a few hundred to spend on a new system, and that's also why I don't really have a specialty.
So, That's my story and what I found. If any one has ever tried one of those, or if you have other suggestions, I'm open to Ideas! Some links to the LF 855-d System Below.
