I was running a laptop and flat-screen and I over loaded it by switching on an incandescent bulb. I signed up and posted in the electronics projects forum hoping maybe I could build one or modify a 12v inverter to use 32v cause these 32 volt units are expensive new https://www.electronicspoint.com/th...to-ac-inverter-needs-to-run-on-32v-dc.282717/ its too advanced for me now but my electricity fascination bug is coming back.

I am looking at it right now and it had been repaired before, I noticed the switch was different from the above photo I found on google images and its soldered on.

High Out - Low Out what does that do ?

I would really like to fix this but where do I start ?

Switch it to high out and it bounces around 22.2 Ω and low out 9.8 Ω also bouncing when checking the 115 outlet with the cheap unreliable meter I am using. Test the 32V DC input it says 109 Ω for a second then open.

Reads for a second then open means I charged a capacitor someplace with the meter ?

High - Low that means 2 coils ? Think so.

I need to get a proper meter. Posting bad numbers won't help.
