Hi folks,
Do you have any recommendations for a noise isolation filter?
basically i want the AC current through this outlet to be free of any high frequency noise that is greater than 5 KHz , it should just attenuate any noise.. desirably i want AC current that i get be free of any noise.

thanks
sunil

a bit more info would be helpful ....

is this for an audio AC circuit ? a Mains voltage 240VAC or 110VAC circuit ??

there are plenty of mains voltage filter circuits and units available

cheers

What current does this device draw, and what symptoms are you seeing (or does this device currently inject noise onto the power line)?

If you could tell us what the mystery device is, that may be helpful too.

hehe.. let me de mysterify !
I have a couple of devices attached to a circuit and i want to read the noise they inject into the power line.

I am basically isolating a couple devices and measuring the noise they inject ,
but i want to read only the noise they inject and do no want the existing noise to skew my readings...

so this circuit of mine will not more than 5 Amps of current, I am not looking for a fancy noise filter, any simple one which would isolate / attenuate the existing noise emitted by other devices.
