I have a Norcent TV model #TV-2022. It's about 1 year old. Don't have
the chassis #. I'm trying to find parts, specifically a transformer,
part I.D. as listed on chassis - T811. Anyone have any info on how to
get parts would be greatly appreciated.

What exactly is wrong with the set?

Secondly, be prepared for the possibility that replacing the whole set would be
cheaper than repair. Norcent is cheap stuff and generally aren't worth the
trouble of trying to repair. - Reinhart

Set was totally dead. After replacing a few rectifier diodes I managed
to get it to power up, only to see the flyback arc over to the
transformer listed above. Now, I don't have B+ voltage (165) on the
secondary. Have a few lower voltages though - +12, +5. Still have 165
volts on primary. The set costs $70.00 new. I'm a beginner, and am
learning. That's why I'm going through the trouble with this peice of
$@!(*&. Thanks.

Something arced from the flyback to the nearest ground?

You may want to check the flyback instead, especially for any cracks on its
casing.

Does the thing still try to fire up even though the flyback is arcing? -

No, not since I got it to fire up once, only to see it arc over to the
other transformer.
