Old capacitor broken and needs to be replaced

After years of not using our old Kenwood Chef a907 (my dad bought it about 30 years ago), I decided to fix the faulty mechanical. All that done, I plugged it in and started to 'tune' the mixer. All of a sudden: *pats*, a nice trail of smoke! A capacitor went straight to capacitorheaven.
So now I need to replace this one, but there's too many choice and I don't want to buy the wrong one. As the capacitors on the circuit board are all very old, I might as well replace them as the mixer is now completely taken apart.
The broken one: Rifa 0,1 uF 250V (PME 271 M610; 40/085/56; GPC)
another ons is quite simular : Rifa 0,15 uF 250V (PME 271 M615)

So when I'm on the Conradshop, I can choose between FKP, FKS, MKP, MKS, MKT, MKV. What would be the perfect fit?

I would suggest getting one that has an X2 rating. It will almost certainly be a metalized film style capacitor.

edit: of course that depends on where the capacitor is.

Show us a picture of the board and the capacitor and we can be a little more specific.

edit2: hahaha it looks like others have been down this path.

This page lends weight to you needing an X2 rated capacitor.

Assuming these are suppression capacitors in the mains circuitry, then as Steve says, your replacements should have an X2 rating.

I don't know what conradshop is; if it's conranshop, then I assume you're in the UK? In that case you'll want to buy from Farnell / Element 14 or RS Components. These Panasonic parts look like your best options:
http://uk.farnell.com/panasonic/ecquaaf104m/capacitor-x2-275v-0-1uf/dp/1907246 (0.1 µF)
http://uk.farnell.com/panasonic/ecquaaf154m/capacitor-x2-275v-0-15uf/dp/1907247 (0.15 µF)

They also have Arcotronics parts which look like they have longer wires, but the minimum order quantity is 10:
http://uk.farnell.com/arcotronics/r46ki310050m1k/capacitor-0-1uf-275vac-15mmp/dp/1679308
http://uk.farnell.com/arcotronics/r46ki315050m2k/capacitor-0-15uf-275vac-15mmp/dp/1679309 (only 7 in stock)

PS: My mother had a Kenwood Chef. It lasted over 30 years with fairly regular use. They don't make 'em like that nowadays :-(

Thank you for the answers Steve and Kris.
Usually I buy my parts at conrad.be (as I live in Belgium).
Here a pic from the capacitors:

Yeah, I think that confirms it.

Measure the physical dimensions of the capacitor, including the spacing between the leads. This will ensure that you get something that fits.

Don't be tempted to get something that's not correctly rated. I remember someone once using a capacitor that was not mains rated (even though the voltage seemed OK) across the mains. They reported to me some time later that it had failed explosively. Depending where the capacitor is, it's either across a very powerful source of energy or it's saving you from death. Both are important considerations and I recommend that you don't skimp in these areas.

I think this capacitor is ok to replace the still working capacitor with: http://www.conrad.be/ce/nl/product/450232/MKP-condensator-X2Rastermaat-225-mm-015-F-275-V126-10- (it has more or less the same specs).
But I can't seem to find the right alternative for the broken capacitor (0,1 uF). This one doesn't seem to have an X2 rating: http://www.conrad.be/ce/nl/product/...25-Rastermaat-225-mm-01-F-1000-V-600-V126-10-
And this one is only 15 mm in stead of 22,5 mm,is that ok or might that be a problem? http://www.conrad.be/ce/nl/product/450228/MKP-condensator-X2Rastermaat-15-mm-01-F-275-V126-10-

thanks for the help!

I would tend to go for the X2 rated one for the reasons I've suggested previously.

If the lead spacing is different, it's not going to drop straight in and sit flush with the board.

Other than that, I think it should be OK. See what others think.

BTW, I've fully exercised my Dutch language expertise (!) to search that site and have found nothing better.

Thanks guys!
And Steve, next time I'll ask it in Dutch, as you speak that fluently now ;-) In fact there is a English site of Conrad, I should have given it to you: http://www.conrad.com/
