Onkyo HT-R570 receiver freezes up and nothing works on it

My problem is ; when I start the receiver, it simply freeze, where they no longer respond to any remote command or buttons on the faceplate. The volume knob, the on/off switch... nothing works, but the unit is on. Then once we remove power completely by pulling the plug. After I plug on , the unit starts as same as when it was pulling the plug, and it continues the same freeze situation. I am wondering what is the problem. How can I get rid of this problem?
