Hello,
I noticed the Eagle manual mentioned a utility named elc.exe that
can convert Orcad libs to Eagle format.
I search thru the Eagle directory tree did not come up with it.
Is it only available with paid version? or no longer used/supported?
If not, is there any other program/ulp/script that can process
Orcad libraries?
