Some components from various manufacturers have orcad symbols available.
If you want to add price to the part, just make a new attribute and give
it a value - you can get that to come out with the BOM by adding the
attribute in the output attribute list. No problem there at all.
FWIW, I have added a lot of Orcad symbols in my time and never really
found any to be particularly bitchy; in fact I preferred to add my own
so I could have a consistent format for my parts and symbols.

Further to that - I never use the symbols and parts that ship with Orcad
for a lot of reasons, not least among them that the default is to hide
the power pins, and for parts that have multiple internal devices the
power is on each and every one of them.
The issue with hiding the power pins is that it's ok in a single supply
world, but I haven't done a non-trivial design with a single power rail
in at least 10 years. The effort to get the part and tweak it is more
than it takes for me to create my own part. I am not above borrowing the
symbol outlines, of course.
The added value of all the parts that ship with OrCad is merely as an
aid to how to make my own.
