hello to everybody.i have a problem with this sentence:
If 'a' is
0, the Access Bank will be
selected, overriding the BSR value.

what does "overriding " mean?

It means that if input A is zero that whatever signal is on BSR, it will be
ignored.
Input A is a higher priority input than the (presumably) bank select
register BSR input.

This is the essence of a one-bit selector. If the enable "a" is 1,
then the BSR value is propagated, selecting the Address Bank when
BSR is in the "address bank select-enable state", if it is zero,
then the BSR value is "overridden" by the "a", and the Address Bank
is always selected.
