Hi everyone, normally (2 layer) if using via circuit line should continue on the layer. but in the pics as you can see i dont see to circuit line . i marked 2 different vias. what are they ? pcb can be more than 2 layer ?

Yes, PCBs can have more than 2 layers.
The marked areas may well be test points.

There are commonly 4-layer and 8-layer boards readily found in consumer units and, in fact, it is possible to go up to 100 layers!

The marked areas may well be test points.

They definitely look like. The via is used only to connect the test point to a trace on the other side (or within the PCB).

Yes they look like test Vias. Normally they would be masked and remain gold or silver plated.
