Hallo!
I bought a used Philips 109B.
When it is cold, after few seconds it zooms in and fades out, and the screen
is black.
What could it be? A condenser?
Thank you

Sounds like the HV to the CRT final anode is dying off. Could be almost
anything ...

Thank you.
I forgot to say that when it is not cold (after 5-10 minutes) it works well.

Then a bad cap, or possibly a bad solder joint, are first favourites.
Shouldn't be that difficult to locate with a can of freezer and a hair
dryer. Does it definitely 'balloon' as it fades ? Often, a fading display on
a CRT monitor, is down to nothing more than bad joints on the tube base
heater pins, but in that case, it is just a gentle fade away to black, with
no real alteration is picture size.
