HELLO everybody im interested in controling my 3v battary and i would like somehow i KNOW MOSFETS ARE VERY SLOW AT THE 20ns boundry and i wuld like to control the flow of electrons somehow faster can you help ? like i need to build a ciurcuit that will delay 3000ns then turn on for lets say 0.5ns then off for 1ns then on for 0.5ns off agine and the cycle repeats 3000ns delay so on so on do you have an idea?? voltage regulators are controlled via digital potentiometers that are hell slow mosfets are 20 ns rise fall i dont know how to do this ... any ideas ???? HELP

Look up "avalanche pulse generator". These can create the fast pulses you ask for.
You will need additional control circuitry to generate the 3 µs pause in between pulses.

What is the accuracy of the .5 nS and 1 nS pulse widths needed over T and V ?

Assuming you want 10% resolution you would need a clocked circuit
at 50 pico seconds or 20 Ghz. Or a transmission line solution that is
stable over T and V.

Is it possible to generate very short pulse width?

Hi, I want to generate a pulse train which had1MHz freq and 0.5ns pulse width. Is that possible with a microcontroller. I would like to use STM32 boards but Im not sure a micro can achieve this.
