I just got this power supply today

Can someone tell me what the S+, S- and RTN pins are for? I assume the
RTN is the common ground for the outputs but have no idea that S+ and S-
are for. I know it's not for input since there is an ACL, ACN and GND
connection on the other side.

Those connections are call sensing connections. The voltage at a remote
location can be monitored and the supply will keep regulation using the
voltage at that location.
If you are not using that feature the S+ will be jumped to the V+ and the S-
will be jumped to the S-.

Did the supply come with a manual?

Tom
