i know the reason why zero.but i dont know what actually the power trasfer.explain me basically.thank you in advance"

I can assure you that a voltage divider can transfer power to a load, so your question is clearly wrong.

What do you actually mean?

when r load is 0.obviously v load is 0.so i load is zero .so no power transfer.
when r load is infinite .v load is v source then i =0.so no power transfer
sorry if i am wrong

Consider: what if rload is neither 0 nor oo ?

oh ok.you mean at bang-bang state(extreme min or extreme max) only power transfer will be 0.
i am newbie to electronics.what exactly mean power transfer.it mean that transfer of both voltage and current or something other

Power transfer means that power flows from a source (e.g. battery) to a load (e.g. resistor).
If you put a (load) resistor across the output taps of a resistive divider, this load resistor will se a voltage. The voltage will drive a current through the resistor. The resistor will dissipate power.
Imagine using a lamp as load resistor. You will see the power transferred by the light of the lamp.

does in any circuit is there any possibilities to exist current alone or voltage alone.it may be crazy question.but.please answer

Current alone: only if the resistance is zero. Google superconductor
Voltage alone: yes, e.g. a batttery without load

okay if we transfer only the current or either voltage to load resistance say(bulb).is that power transferring.because p=v.i.i am thinking that transfer of both voltage and current only mean power transfer

Current without voltage, and voltage without current mean zero power (and with AC there is yet another way).

However practically, none ever happen perfectly. Voltage without current can be nearly ideal, and with AC it's possible to get close because it doesn't require infinite anything. DC current without voltage (outside superconductors) occurs rarely -- although applications with current limited sources (practical form of a constant current source) can be close.
