problem with the table saw motor. Please help!

As I see it, there is two minimum options:
1/ Buy a replacement saw.
2/ Obtain a set of new brushes and try them, if no success, go to 1/.
BTW, if you have a job obtaining brushes, I have had luck in the past contacting Helwig-Carbon, they make replacement brushes for industrial machines etc. and may have something on the shelf.
Measure the present size/width's with a vernier scale etc.
I had one with misleading symptoms like yours, turned out to be bearings !

It is impossible to diagnose a remote problem precisely, all the offered suggestions so far have been based on the info supplied. and everyone's personal experiences.
All you can do is Initially is to go the cheapest route in the hope that it will produce a cure.
Although it does look like the motor itself may be the whole issue, a new set of brushes should not entail a great deal of cost and worst case scenario, you would have a spare pair in the event of a total replacement.
