I'm not knowledgeable concerning Proteus. Nevertheless a few hints:

• Start by showing us your design.
• Sounds like you're using a subcircuit (child module) but the subcircuit doesn't have the pins you connect to. Inspect the subcircuit's schematic sheet and subcircuit declaration.
