QCY T13 Bluetooth Headphone Battery Error

Hello friends
First of all sorry for my bad English.
I have a problem about my QCY T13 Bluetooth headphone. There is no problem 2 earbuds. The problem is about the battery. Battery is not charging. The red light is flashing. Or red, blue, green colors are flashing.
The normal charging: I plug in the battery red, blue, green are flashing for 2 seconds. And red light was on. This is normal for charge. But not it is not charging. Where is the problem or how can I repair it. Please help me about it.
Notes: I have been using the headphone for 5 months. I have the problem for 2 days

To fix this, you can replace the battery inside your headphones. To do so, follow these steps:

Remove the casing outside of the speaker to expose the battery.

Gently remove the connection for the battery.

Use a prying tool to remove the battery.

Remove the sticker from the back of the battery and place it back into position.

Place the new battery on the adhesive sticker and reconnect the battery.

Snap the casing for the speaker back into place.
