Greetings,
I have a Black and Decker weedwacker that takes 8 volt batteries. The
battery charger has gone out on it recently. I tried hooking it the batteries to a solar
car battery charger with an adapter kit I bought at Harbor Freight. I also
have a 12 Volt Car Battery Drip Charger. I'm using alligator clips to go to
the correct terminals, but there is also the option of going into leads that
go to the mount which fits over the batteries. The wall wart part I figure where
all the electronics is, but I may be wrong about that.
I was hoping to get some thoughts on this. I know the drip charger would
not be save to leave on for a long time.
