I am relatively New to the forum and I would like to understand why one of my New thread was marked "thread not open to further replies"...

Your New Thread asked how to make a 40 thousand Volts, 20 thousand Watts power supply without knowing how dangerous it would be. Dangerous projects are not allowed to be discussed here.

It could kill you and your entire neighborhood or family. A school kid might copy your project and take it to school to show it and accidently kill all kids there.

I am well aware of the dangers of high voltage... But it makes sense that such discussions are forbiden on this forum... Thanks and Sorry to have bothered the Mods
