Nobody knows what 3 or 4 bars mean on the meter.

If they are volts then 4 bars show a lithium cell at 4.2V is 70% to 100% fully charged.
Then 3 bars shows that the battery cell is dead.
Then 2 bars shows that the battery is 2 V and is destroyed.

I don't know if I should recharge all the bars or not I just know that the manual says to charge every 3 months but it doesn't say to fully recharge

They probably want you to keep the battery fully charged so that you need to replace it sooner. Then they make more money.

I don't want to lose the battery, I want to conserve it as much as possible so that it looks good and has many recharge cycles and it is made of lithium polymer

here is the manual in item 9 talks about the battery

They know everything about burning spots off skin but they do know nothing about a Li-PO battery.
www.batteryuniversity knows everything about Li-PO batteries but they know nothing about burning spots off skin.

Is it correct that I recharge not fill all the meter bars and every 3 months?

If so, can you recharge the device in a period longer than 3 months? What should I do if you say that the manufacturer's recommendations for the battery are short-lived and I buy another one?

You should recharge if the voltage drops below 3V per cell which might happen years from now if the battery is not used.
The manufacturer did not say how many discharge/charge cycles and how much capacity is lost before the battery needs replacement.

i not contact manufacturer battery polymer lithium

I don't have to measure voltages just the battery charge indicator on the device but I won't be using it constantly

see the photo of the battery meter in the arrows, I will rarely use this device but I want to keep the battery stored and not let the charge get bad for useful life, which recommendation? in the manual says to reload 3 months

Charge it to maximum like the Mole Freckle Pen manufacturer says. Then charge it every 3 months like the manufacturer says.
Then the battery should last for at least 2 years when not used often. We do not know the quality of the battery and we do not know if there is something in the pen circuit that drains the battery.

In the manual it does not say if it is to recharge to the maximum or not but if I recharge to the maximum it will go to 100% and store the battery in 100% and reduce its useful life, I thought they said to recharge every 3 months so as not to leave the battery battery reach low voltages

I use Li-PO batteries in my RC model airplanes. The manufacturer says to store the batteries at 3.7V to 3.8V during the winter so I do that. When a Li-PO battery is by itself with no load then the voltage does not drop. New Li-PO batteries are sold charged to only 3.7V to 3.8V. In Spring I will throw out my 5 years old batteries and replace them for more power and longer discharging times.

Leave the battery in the pen and charge every 3 months, or remove the battery and leave it at 3.7V to 3.8V then install it and fully charge it before using it.

I will leave the battery in the pen but will recharging 100% every 3 months reduce the battery life? in 3 months what is the percentage rate of charge loss of the lithium polymer battery?

the manual recommendation is correct for the longest life of the lithium polymer battery or is this recommendation for it to damage quickly and I buy another battery?

If something in the pen is discharging it all the time then when the voltage gets too low the battery will be destroyed.
I think they just want you to always have it fully charged so that it is always ready to be used, AND so that you need to buy a new battery from them more often.
