Radio detector + emitter

Hey all I am new here! I have a school project and wanted to ask if there is a device that can detect as well as emmit radar? Something like a radar detector for your car and the police gun, but in one package?

There is a small doppler effect module to use with Arduino which works on microwave.
Not exactly a plug and play device as it needs some work.

Hmm that is interesting. How about a device that can just detect a certain frequency of radar or microwave? Then something that can emit that in a separate device?

Planning to modify a received Police radar signal perhaps...??

Nah. I have no want or need for that. Just trying to make a small hand held receiver and emitter. I assume I could modify a radar detector to detect a certain frequency. Just need the emitter part

Here's the emitter part, but it won't be a trivial exercise. The receiver is easy enough - a microwave diode and a coffee can with no lid....you probably won't be able to 'tune' it to a specific frequency but how many radar frequency signals are you expecting?
