The last time I worked with one of those was about 25 years ago, and I'm pretty sure I never had occasion to change its password. I seem to remember those programmers were designed to enforce a "vendor lock-out", i.e., keep one vendor from poaching another vendor's accounts/systems. Radionics in that era was not just not-friendly to DIYers, it was downright
hostile. The passwords were used to keep out unauthorized professional techs, (as well as tech-savvy DIYers) so I
suspect changing or deleting it is difficult if not impossible.
However, as I implied, I haven't worked with Radionics (now owned by Bosch) for 25ish years, so you might find a more optimistic reply at this site, where current Bosch/Radionics techs frequent:
