(Not clicking link in case this is a spam attempt) but the answer to your question depends on the amp hour rating of the battery (given the specific time limit). Take that and multiply it by 12 (volts) and you have the power (in Watts). Then multiply the power by 12x60x60 (total seconds in 12 hours) to give you the total energy in Joules.
