I thought to increase the transmited power from the transmiter
can anyone tell me how to do that?????

Hi, I too, do RC planes.

Transmitter mods are not too complex, but unless you have equipment to check it
for output waveform and spurious signals, it isn'tt a good idea to do them.
There's too much potential for killing a plane on a nearby channel.

It would cost less to get a new TX anyhow. The GWS four-channel for example.
What are you using now?

Also, if range is a problem you should invest in a better receiver before you
think you need a better transmitter.

I can't fathom why you need more power.
I used to fly a 10 foot RC glider to over 12,000 feet without any power
problems. Only problem I had was keeping an eye on it. At that
distance it is only a speck and usually require binoculars to see.

Just hold the transmitter sideways so that the axis of the
antenna is perpendicular to line-of-sight. Maybe look up
"radiation pattern" or "cone of silence".

Good Luck!
