RCA CTC169bj5 Chassis cycles on off on power up

[GNTURBO]

Like the subject says plug it in and push the power button and i
tries to start about 4 times and then quits
I have replaced the following
C410
C410
CR411
and my standby volatage at Cr4116 is 146
and at cr4118 13.
and when I try to power CR4116 doest change much maybe .5 volts an
CR4118 goes to about 14 and then it resets and starts again about
times before it stops and the voltages go back to standby readings
i can find no other visiable damage set started this problem it woul
come on and work fine but if you turned it off it would not star
again

Whats the voltage on the Collector of the HOT
whilst plugged in but NOT turned on.

The voltage on the collector is 146 while in standby and 150 whe
trying to power u

That chassis uses the seperate HV divider off the 2nd anode lead. High
failure item.

Remove the anode cap and disconnect the feed for the divider ...then see if
it comes on .

If it does , shut it down.....

Jeff forgot to mention to ISOLATE that high voltage lead because if it does
power up there will be about 30 kV on it. It'll either give you a hard on
or make sure you don't get one for a while...

Having a bad day and want someone else to have one too, Jeff, or just up too
late posting? LOL

Thanks pulled cup off of tube and disconnected feed to what i think
is called the focus block is that what you are calling the divide
anyways still
just clicks 4 times and then back to stand by
