I had a curious question regarding electronics and this seems like a good place to start.
I have a set of your typical power recliner sofas. There are three rocker buttons to control three different movements. The primary moment of the back, seat, and footrest is controlled by one rocker switch. The second movements are the headrest and lumbar.
When the primary but is depressed to close the recliner, all three movements activate to return to their start position. Once everything is closed, all motors stop regardless of the rocker is still depressed.
My question: Can another control be installed to initiate an “express close” operation. I saw this feature on another recliner set. There was a momentary button and when depressed, the recliner completely closed up.
Thanks in advance for entertaining my curiosity.
