Y1 is a crystal oscillator module. Only 4-pins. The proper hot air rework tool should be used but, at a pinch, you can 'dance' between all four pins as you apply heat from an ordinary soldering iron and eventually work it loose. A skilled solder-er would have no problem - a beginner would likely damage it.

Y1 is the criystal. Do you mean the part with ALF written on it, uner the kevlar foil?

It could be a part with ball soldering, wich needs special tools to remove, like a kind of oven.
The exact name is Ball Grid Array:
