Noticed a similar repair attempt post in these forums and thought I'd give it a shot and ask for some help. I had a functioning massage gun yesterday before leaving it to charge with the main switch left on (not running though. back screen showed what looked like a charging animation). Came back today and it was all off, no screen, no lights, nothing. Power brick seems fine (have checked with multimeter - approx 5v), although battery voltage only measures ~6.1v. Not sure how many batteries or if there is a boost somewhere but assume it should be feeding the motors etc 24v as labelled. Any suggestions on what could be wrong / how to confirm? Can't see anything fried on the board itself (have included photos).

Cheers!

that's a contradiction and appears to be your problem

The label clearly states 24V DC. This is the INPUT voltage (as the input voltage is always shown on any device so a user knows what
voltage a replacement charger should be)

So if your charger is only producing 5V, then either ....
1) the charger has failed or
2) it's the incorrect charger

So, does the charger state 5V or 24V output on it ?

cheers

Thanks Dave. Charger shows DC 5v 1000ma. There is always the possibility it's the wrong charger so I'll take a look just to be sure.

So I can't find the power supply but have hooked up my bench power supply set to 24v. Red light now showing indicating it's charging and it's pulling .85 amps.
