Hi just been given this to try and repair so any any help and guidance would be a great help.
After looking on the forum on a different repair
could this be the b1143 mentioned in that post.

unfortunately, no too much damage to the pcb traces .


You damaged the tracks when swapping the transistor, I assume ?

So it is possible that the swap may have worked had that not happened

@Gullybear .... it's probably worth a try .... just dont damage the board with poor soldering skills ;) ;)
