I have a 27" RCA TV that a someone gave me to fix and it had
discolored screen...taking a guess that it was the degaussing coil o
it's circuit at fault; I found that the thermistor disc? was blackend
I moved it to check if it had a bad solder joint but the darn thin
crumbled, now I don't know what to replace it with...It WAS a silve
disc no larger than a dime and had two pins...I have junked TV's
could take a thermistor from. Does it have to to a perfect match
Thanks, Johnso
