Thank you very much everyone, all of the input has been gratefully received. I have asked for the load my end point draws which I will share once I have this.

Yes, this would work - basically what I am after is; is there anything already in a manufactured state so i can purchase. If not, then I will have to develop. With this development, I will be able to send off the schematic to a developer who will design the final product for me to put into production. if the thing works, then it will change how my devices work in a 12v environment. I must apologise for my reticence to give away all of the information, but my product is currently going through a long winded patent application and until it receives its final global patent, I am reluctant to give any further information away, hence the pulling of teeth.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all who responded to my need. With this help received, I now have prototypes being manufactured and should be with me in a week or two. All being well and even, this will lead to a full manufacturing process allowing me to bring a new product to market with an initial order of 100 units to prove concept. I am still in the patenting stage and therefore cannot reveal the finished product, but thanks to the help of this forum, I am closer to the end point than I was 10 days ago.
