Or if anyone has any ideas where I can find a diagram for this board, I could just test each component, there isn't that many,

Maybe try the manufacturer for service info/schematic, would be my first choice
without a schematic its going to be difficult to figure out what the board does

we don't know what any of the transistors or IC's are ?
we don't know what the 3 controls do (2 pots and a switch) ?
we don't know where any of the pins on that multi-pin connector go to ?

cheers

And, while the manufacturer says the problem is with the board, they may or may not be right.
That board connects to other components within the welder.
Have you looked at the rest of the welder for any obvious physical or heat-related damage?

I took the board back today, plugged it in and tested the transformer almost 29v tested the trigger switch, that worked, plugged it all back together and it now works again!! Also found a wire off the back of the feed motor, but the owner said he had it out and had it connected and it never worked, best guess is dry joints, anyhow it now works again, for now :),
Thanks your your help guys.

Good job! Sounds like a loose connection. Be interesting to see if it reoccurs.
