I m looking for a way serial communication methode (like I2C) that is
possible of transfering about 10 Mbit/s.
Does someone knows such a protocol?

I m afraid that ethernet is a bit 'heavy'. I'll explain: I 'm designing a
system (pcb) that has to communicatie with several registers (buffers). The
system should be integrated inside consumer electronics like a television.
The television should contain a bus (like I2C) containing its buffers. I m
afraid that ethernet would demand yoo much of the buffers unlike I2C.

I recommend USB or USB2 for that matter.

Is there a speed limit to SPI? Will it be able to deliver 10 Mbit/s ?
