Welcome!

I need regulated (frequency and amplitude) sinus generator with LFM100
active filter. Do YOu have somthing like that. Thank You for all
responses.

First, I presume you are speaking of a sin wave generator, rather than a
sinus generator, which might tend to be a bit snotty!

Second, I also presume that you are referring to the LMF100 dual switched
capacitor filter.

Can you be a little clearer, please. Do you want to build the oscillator
using the LMF100 or are you going to clean up an already generated signal
using the filter?

Actually, there are several far simpler methods you can use to generate a
sin wave, but if you need to use the LMF100 for reasons of your own, I would
refer you to http://cache.national.com/ds/LM/LMF100.pdf, which will give you
all the information you need for the filter.

As far as the oscillator is concerned, the LMF100 can be used for this but
it is not well suited. It would be better to use a simple relaxation
oscillator set to the frequency you want and use the filter to extract the
base frequency from the square wave generated by the oscillator. A Google
or Yahoo search for "relaxation oscillator" will give you all the
information you need. http://www.du.edu/~etuttle/electron/elect10.htm gives
you the information you need to build one from a 555 timer.

On the other hand, a phase shift oscillator, as described in
http://www.visionics.ee/curriculum/...ft Oscillator/RC Phase Shift Oscillator1.html,
will give you a sin wave output directly for far les cost than an LMF100.

It's actually quite simple to look these things up in Google or Yahoo, and
the amount of information available out there is really amazing.

Regards

John
