Hi.
In what conditions would this make three phase from single phase ?

Feeding single phase at left, using the right ends as three phases for Wye motor with neutral center. ¿?

That is 2 phase or split phase for a 1ph motor, the common way to generate 3 phase from 1ph is a RPC, (Rotary Phase Convertor) using a 3ph motor and series of caps to produce/generate the 3rd phase, the other two being the 240v 1ph conductors.
There is also the commercial Phase Perfect which does a similar thing, but electronically create the 3rd phase.

Great question, but I don't think that's possible for 3 phase since the reactive phase shift can't be more than 90°.

Yes, 2 phase power circuits (mostly obsolete) are 90° apart.

Single split phase circuits are 180° apart which is essentially the opposite polarity.

And 3 phase needs to be 120° apart.

Another way to derive 3 phase from single phase is to use a variable frequency drive.
