Hi everyone !

Im searching for a voltage regulator that fits the follow :
(The L200 from ST needs to much board space - and i do not need the
2Amps...)

- 11-12V fixed or programmable Vout
- 16mA programmable current limit
- low drop (Vin = 13V)
- low temperature drift (has to work fine from -10 to 45 degree Celsius)
- SMD-package

Till now i tried a combination with LM317 (current regulator) and a low drop
7812.
I couldnt use that combination because the voltage drop above the LM317
increases too much at -10degree Celsius.

Anyone seen something like the L200 - just smaller ???

yours

Try the Intersil ICL7663:

Second Sources are Maxim (MAX663) and Analog Devices (ADM663).

just got some info on these regulators

Intersil - no info yet
Maxim - cost about 2Euro per 2k
Analog - model is discontinued (you only get some remainder...)
