Small motorized angle control platform

Hi,

I would like to mount a photo camera on type of motorized platform that I will be able to control remotely (wired). The point here is to control where camera faces in sense of - "a bit up; a bit down; a little bit to the left, right and etc" without touching the camera itself. I'm talking about range or +-15 degrees in each dimension, assuming a pocket size of the whole system.

I will appreciate any ideas and suggestions.
