De-solder and remove the defective part and fit a replacement observing polarity.

Where do dat deres puffy capacitor bees ?
I THINKS ? I SEES !
It can onliest bees . . . . on the second photo down . . . the 2nd cap inward , at the top edge.
Negative terminal polarity is located at the to edge of the board.
Now you want to change BOTH caps . . . . . it and its identical value companion to its side.

BTW the E-caps MOST prone to failure / cap decline /Hi ESR onset, are being the 8 located on the extreme other end of the board.
