Software to browse connected USB devices?

Hi, all

I am after a software that will work under W2000.

I need to be able to see ALL USB configurations values from the connected
USB device.

I have found a tool caleld "HDD USB Monitor". Unfortunately, it can only
browse through currently selected configuration and there is no way to
select second configuration.

Anyone knows of a preferable free tool? I do not want to go and write one
myself.

P.S. I looked at sysinternals and did not see an USB tool there
