it's in a 24 lead-CSP package and i am wondering if it is possible to
solder it with hand before i am going to layout the pcb... the lines
are soo small, about 0.2millimeter so all soldering tricks are welcome
to fix the job:)

thx

Hand-soldering CSP packages like the ADF4360 was discussed a month or so
back. The synopsis is that you just need to stick a largish via in the
ground pad under the part so that you can ground the part's paddle, and
extend the pads for the 24 leads beyond the perimeter of the package so that
you can solder the part as though it were some sort of tiny PLCC package
with its leads pressed outside-in. (Using a "drag soldering" technique, as
you would for, e.g., SSOP parts.)

You can also just use solder paste, a template, and a "reflow oven" (this
often means: toaster oven) if you want to go that route.

If someone has some free time, could you please make that footprint for
Eagle users and
post that part in the library at http://www.cadsoft.de/upload.htm
very much appreciated ;)
