I am interested in buying some more solderless breadboards. I am only interested in plain simple boards, such as that pictured below - the "Archer Experimenter", #276-174, from Radio Shack. I have not tried the $18 board they sell now.

I have bought many different boards lately, off of Ebay, and have had bad luck with them. There are two main problems - they do not grip parts too well, and this apparently leads to increased resistance in the circuit.

For example, I use 22 gauge solid copper wire, and connect multiple points together (in series). Doing so with the older Radio Shack boards leads to perhaps 1 or 2 ohms resistance. With the boards I've gotten off Ebay, the resistance can be significant, and lead to erratic circuit operation.

So that's why I created this poll.

What is your vote for best quality plain solderless breadboard ?

Please give information about it's manufacturer/part number, where it is sold.
