Does anyone know of a solid state photo relay that can receive 3-5v 10mA input that can do 5 - 25amps dc switching for less than $4 each?

If it is multi packaged then $4 per channel
An alternative would be an AND gate of some sort with 2 optical isolated inputs to do the same as the relay, but my design capabilities are limited since I am a software programmer.

I have a 64x64 array of outputs so I need essentially a 4096 relay matrix.
However I need to keep the costs minimal.
The 4096 nodes are sequentially addressed in columns of 64 usually for 30 seconds per row.
I thought 64 relays could do this, switching to 0v and ULN2803's providing the +, although this isn't an isolated solution.
If anyone can think of a better solution, I am all ears.

Even cheaper in large quantities.

As to how far you'd trust it...

up to 100mA can use the TLP3061/62/63
1A is if you can use AQH3113
over or I'll build an optocoupler is a thyristor
if you do not find them for a few pieces I can provide that information
