Can I use the APF03 transmitter with a ht12e encoder IC and the RXB28 receiver with a ht12d decoder IC? If I have a logic high on an encoder data pin, I then need a logic high on the corresponding decoder data pin similarly for a logic low.
Can this be done with this module? How is it done?
Previously somebody asked how do you switch between 315mhz and 433mhz. What is the answer to this?

So we have to download all the relevant datasheets (because you can't be bothered to even include them with your query) and read what the manufacturers say just so we can report this back to you?
