Any radio which can switch between VHF and UHF in the market?
It's like VHF and UHF two-in-one....

The only radios I know of that can do this are built for the
amateur radio service. You need a ham radio license to use them, and you
are strictly prohibited, by FCC Part 97, from using them for any sort of
business purpose.

I don't know of any commercial (FCC Part 90) radios that do this.

They'e usually meant for people or companies who have a license for
those bands. They're not a commodity item, like those FRS radios, so
they're more expensive.
