TCRT5000 Reflective optical sensor with transistor output.

Dear friends,
I've come across the two following lines in 'Absolute Max. Ratings'
1. Collector emitter voltage V ceo 70V
2. Emitter collector voltage V eco 5V.

I am not clear about the second line. Its significance. Please explain.

Thanks for reply. Somehow I found, it is reverse breakdown voltage.
