Got a drawer full of IC's I can't remember what I used for. Anybody recognize the marking sytem for these Texas Instrument IC's? What company they were made for, or what the devices might be?
14-Pin DIP's:
561 7034 BP853601TS
561 7032 BP8S3600TS

16-Pin DIP's:
561 5594 BP866542TS
561 5558 BP851844TS
561 6045 BP879858TS

Thanks for any information.

hey mate,

the only chance you would have is if you knew what make and model of equip they were manufacturered for. Then get a service manual for that unit and with luck you would see the the prop. part number and beside it the common device type name

good luck ;)

Ok davenn, thanks.
Yeah, I was using these things in the early 1980's, and I don't remember what for.
Maybe I'll get lucky here, and run into somebody who's got a better memory than me.

Was doing my annual search for unidentified parts on the internet, and ran across this
old post of mine (Google Search apparently likes Electronicspoint).
Still don't have an ID on these parts, if anybody new on this site does.
Thanks.
