Yes, there is no problem with a scatter chart in terms of what the
horizontal axis represents. I explained what happens if you have many
columns and only want to plot a few of them, and what happens if you
want to add a new column to an existing chart.

Changing the range of x from 5 to 15 in that case gives a correct graph,
